Assertive or Statement or Declarative Sentence || Interrogative Sentence || Imperative Sentence || Optative Sentence || Exclamatory Sentence
Assertive sentence (সাধারণ বর্ণনামূলক বাক্য) : The sentence which states some facts or describes any event is called an assertive sentence or declarative sentence or statement.
Interrogative sentence (প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্য): The sentence putting a question to anybody is called an interrogative sentence.
Imperative sentence (আজ্ঞা সূচক বাক্য): The sentence which expresses a command or request or an advice is called an imperative sentence.
Operative sentence (ইচ্ছা বোধক বাক্য): The sentence which expresses a wish or prayer is called an optative sentence.
Exclamatory sentence (আবেগ সূচক বাক্য): The sentences which express sudden feelings or emotions are called an exclamatory sentences.
