My dear brother,

I have just received your letter. I am not at all amused to read that you tied crackers at the tail of a poor dog. You and your friends should know that inflicting pain on animals can never be fun. What you have done is a crime. Animals can not speak but they feel pain like ourselves. We have to protect them, not hurt them. You should never do this. I hope that you should be kind to animals either pets or wild. Be a good human being. Don’t indulge in such behaviour in the future. I shall go back home during the puja vacation.
