Ans- Aunt Polly fixed one end of the silk thread to Tom’s tooth and the other end to the bedpost. The tooth was taken out and it hung dangling by the bedpost.

Memari, June 25, 2024: Yesterday at around 3.00 p.m. a bus accident took place near Memari Bus Stand. According to the passengers, the ill-fated bus was moving at a high speed and trying to overtake another bus. Then the driver lost control and collided with a truck that was parked by the roadside. The report says the brake failure of the bus was the cause behind the mishap. Five passengers were injured including a child and a woman. Local people rushed in and the injured passengers were sent to nearby Memari Hospital. They were released with first-aid after an hour. Local people called on a strike and blocked the road. The traffic system was disrupted for half an hour. However, police intervened quickly and normalcy was restored within an hour.
